Running Fit is a great supplement to any training program and for any class of runner. It focuses on improving running form, economy and reducing the occurrence of common running injuries by strengthening the kinetic chain involved in running. You can expect to improve your proprioceptive abilities, dynamic flexibility, balance and stability, strength of core (abdominal, back and pelvic musculature), running form, and economy. The gear required include a positive attitude, good listening skills, a foam roller, and an exercise mat. (Price: $90 for 6 weeks and $10 off for any combo – evening or distance class member)

Running 101 is a 6 week program designed for the beginner. The 101 class has three levels. Two groups running and walking, and one continuous running group. Discussion topics include injury prevention, stretching, form, cross training, racing, shoes, apparel and much more. (Price: $105 with a $10 discount for registering before the first day of class)
Running 201 is a 6 week program designed for those who can run a 5K; the 201 class introduces strength, speed and endurance components to your workouts. Discussion topics include injury prevention, stretching, form, cross training, racing, shoes, apparel and much more. (Price: $105 with a $10 discount for registering before the first day of class)
Speed Development Class is a three phase program designed to improve your 5K and 10K race performance. Workouts to improve your speed include base building, strength, form & mechanics, running economy, hill & repetition training, intervals, ladders, threshold running, sharpening. Trot On! - The Trot On! Class is a 7 week program designed to prepare you for a Turkey Trot race on Thanksgiving Day. The class will have a 101 group, 201 group, and a Speed Development group. (Price: $110 with a $10 discount for registering before the first day of class)

Running 301 - Running 301 is an 8 week program designed to build base mileage. The class is designed for the runner who can run a 5K and wants to improve mileage base. Most participants in the 301 class are planning to participate in a half marathon or marathon in the fall. 301 will prepare you to enter our popular marathon class or move you to the head of our half marathon class.
