Kick off your St. Patrick's Day celebration with a healthy family friendly run/walk presented by Run On! San Antonio. The morning includes great music, incredible food and beverages, and the opportunity to run along the scenic San Antonio Riverwalk - all that adds up to great times for you, your friends and family.
After the run, continue your celebration downtown at the Murphy’s St. Patrick’s Day River Parade & Festival brought to you by the San Antonio Paseo del Rio Association. Free festivities begin at 11 a.m. on Arneson Stage in La Villita, which include music, food and fun. At 3 p.m., you’ll want to see the Dyeing O’ the River and River Parade, where floats release 110 pounds of environmentally friendly green dye into the San Antonio River. Registration on race morning will begin at 7:00 AM and will be available only with cash or check.
AWARDS AND CHRONOTRACK TIMING
Chronotrack timing will be used at this event. Awards will be presented to the 5K 1st Overall & Masters male/female. Top 3 male/female age group finishers starting with 19 and under, then in ten year groups up to 70+. You must year a timing tag to be timed and eligible for awards. Festive beads will be given to all finishers of the 1K Fun Run.

The association accom-plishes this through the production of 22 annual events, the publication of Rio Magazine- The Official Magazine of the San Antonio River Walk, and through the San Antonio River Walk website.
